Registration Questions

We have a large number of staff attending? Do I have to register each individually?

You can send list of all school registrants to Laura Ochsner to make it easier.  In your list, please include the participants names, email addresses and shirt sizes.

 
Oh No! I registered but can't attend!

Unfortunately, registration fees are not refundable, but they are transferrable. If you can find somebody to use your registration, just let Laura Ochsner know that person's name. Depending on when you do this, T-Shirts may have already been ordered and the size will not be able to be modified.

 
Are there discounts available?

We have discussed offering discounts for groups and students before but considering that our entire audience is k-12 educators that would prefer the lowest possible price and that generally schools do send multiple staff members, we have chosen to just provide the best fee we could to everybody rather than having the price be artificially high for some in order to make it lower for others.

Please note: We do not accept credit card payments. If you would like an invoice to be sent directly to you instead of your school district, please send your home address to laura.ochsner@esu9.us.

Register for the Summit

Registration Steps
  1. If you have not already created a Connect account, use your email address and the password you created to log in.
  2. If you have NOT created a Connect account, click “Create a New Connect Account” (on the right). Fill in your information and create a password that you will use to log in. At the bottom of the page, click “Create My Account.” Once you receive email notification that your account is activated, you can use your email address and the password you created to log in.
  3. Once you have logged on to the Connect system, select “Section List” from the menu on the right. This is a chronological list of the events available to register for.
  4. Click on the title of the section you wish to register for. This will give you more information about this section as well as the option to “Register Me for this Section”.
  5. You will be asked to verify your information, including payment information. Once you have verified your registration information, click “Register for this Workshop” at the bottom of the page.
  6. You will receive email confirmation of your registration. This is manually generated and may take from a minute to a few hours to arrive depending on when you register.
